How to make Payment?

1. Credit Cards including Visa and Mastercard are accepted on our site.

2. PayPal is available, easy to use, secure and popular with many online shoppers and we do not store any of your credit card information. Paypal can process payments through credit card (Paypal account not required) or through Paypal Account.

3. Local Transfers via Paylah and Paynow are welcome - do drop us an email with regard to the details. 

4. Bank Telegraphic Transfers are also accepted, please email us for our bank details.

How are the cues shipped?

All cues are properly packed and protected for shipping. We use either UPS/Fedex/DHL or other courier services for international shipping.

What if there is something wrong with my cue?

All cues bought online comes with 14 days return policy, if you find your cue has any problem or you are not satisfied with it, you can return it to us.

Yes! Our range of pool cues are also available for viewing in our Singapore retail shop  101 Cecil St. #17-10/11 Tong Eng Building. Singapore 069533 if you would like to test them out. 

How much does it cost to ship the cues to me?

The shipping cost are all flat rate. If you do not see your country in the list below, please contact us for shipping charges.
