Pure-X® cues aren’t just about flashy technology - they’re built on a solid core of tried-and-tested quality. Pure-X® cues are built using 100% hand-selected North American Grade A Hard Rock Maple for maximum straightness, all cue blanks are turned and dried seven times while curing and are treated with stabilizers and epoxies to prevent warpage, and finished cues feature finishing touches designed to keep them looking and playing like new for years.

Pick Up and Delivery
- Pick-up: Self collection can be done earliest in 1 working day. Collection will be on weekdays at the address (see below under showroom)
- Delivery: Do give us 5 working days to process and ship your order. Free delivery within Singapore for orders above SGD 150. Shipping fees of SGD 25 will apply for orders under that amount.
- For Malaysia, a flat fee of RM 150 will apply regardless of order value. For other international orders, please email us (see email address below) for more information.
Packing and Quality Assurance
- All cues are properly packed and handled for shipping.
- To ensure cues are well-protected in transit, we only use reliable third-party courier services in Singapore for shipping.
- Customers can also visit our physical showroom (see below) to test our cues before purchasing. No safer way than to test the cue for yourself!
- To ensure our products are satisfactory, we also offer a 14-day return policy (see below).
- As a subsidiary of Centrum Pte. Ltd., we are a GST-registered company in Singapore (GST Reg. number: M2-0011040-4 and are GeBIZ registered.
- We have been in the business for over 20 years and have experience in ensuring we deliver the highest quality in terms of products and shipping.

Return Policy
- All cues bought online comes with 14-day return policy. Should you find your cue has any problem or you are not satisfied with it due to a defect, you can return it to us at our office for an exchange. Items sold are non-refundable.
- Please email us at info@centrumbilliard.com with the information first, and also bring along a receipt during the exchange.
- Feel free to visit our physical showroom! Our range of pool cues are also available for viewing in our Singapore retail shop at 101 Cecil St. #17-10/11 Tong Eng Building. Singapore 069533 if you would like to test them out.
- We advise customers to call us at (+65) 6224 5888 to check on the availability of cues before coming down.
